For some reason, Kartra doesn’t make the $1 trial easy to find. You only see it when you go to exit the plans and pricing page.
Kartra Pricing: How Much Does Kartra Cost?
There are four Kartra pricing plans to choose from:
- Starter Plan – $99 per month
- Silver Plan – $199 per month
- Gold Plan – $299 per month
- Platinum Plan – $499 per month
You can also choose to pay yearly instead of monthly. With annual billing, you’ll get a 25% discount. Kartra pricing for users who prefer to pay for the year upfront is:
- Starter Plan – $79 per month
- Silver Plan – $149 per month
- Gold Plan – $229 per month
- Platinum Plan – $379 per month
There’s also an enterprise plan for large-scale businesses. Kartra users interested in the enterprise plan need to contact support for a custom quote.
The main difference between the plans is the number of leads (email subscribers) you can have in your account and the number of custom domains you can use.
All the other features Kartra provides are only limited on the Starter plan.

Kartra Pricing Plans: Overview
Kartra does not offer a free trial. However, for a limited time, they are running a 14-day $1 trial, and all the plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Kartra Starter Plan
Because the Kartra starter plan is the cheapest option and it comes with limitations, it is best for new startups and small business owners on a budget who currently have little or no email marketing lists and products to sell (yet).
The starter plan includes all of Kartra’s features except for the agency module. You can build an email list of 2,500 Kartra leads, send 15,000 emails a month, build 100 landing pages, and more.
This sounds like a lot when you’re just getting started, but with access to Kartra’s done-for-you sales funnels and marketing campaigns, you may find yourself switching to the silver plan sooner than expected.
But don’t worry. If you do need more than the starter plan allows, you can always upgrade to a higher plan later. Kartra users can switch plans or cancel at any time.
Other limitations on the Kartra starter plan include:
You can only sell 20 products which, in my experience, is more than enough for most business startups unless you plan on using Kartra to build an online store and sell an entire catalog of physical products. In that case, you will need a higher plan.
While you can use Kartra to build an eCommerce store to sell physical products, I don’t recommend it. You’ll be better off using GrooveFunnels.
You can only connect one custom domain name, so if you plan to build more than one website, the sliver plan is a better option for you.
Bandwidth is just storage space, and on the starter plan, you are limited to 50GB each month to store pages (100 max) and videos (50 max).
It’s difficult to say exactly how many pages and videos you can host on the Starter plan because it depends on their file size.
For example, a short ten-minute video on a simple landing page might use up 500MB of space. Whereas an hour-long webinar will require a LOT more.
So if you plan on uploading a lot of video content, 50GB may not be enough. In which case, you’ll need the Kartra silver plan with unlimited bandwidth.
Kartra Silver Plan
The Sliver Kartra plan is perfect for small to medium-sized businesses that have already surpassed the 2,500 leads limit on the starter plan but still have a long way to go to build an email list of 12,500 subscribers.
At $99 a month for the starter plan and $199 a month for the silver plan, there’s a significant difference in price between the two, but there’s also a big difference in value for money too.
As mentioned above, the number of contacts you can add to your Kartra account jumps from 2,500 to 12,500 leads, and there’s no longer a limit on the number of emails you can send to your email list each month.
You can add three custom domains instead of one, and all of Kartra’s other features become unlimited on this plan, including bandwidth, products, landing pages, membership sites, email marketing, and more.
Plus, as an added bonus, you get the Kartra Agency feature for free, so if you’re a freelancer or an agency, you can build and manage Kartra websites for clients.
If you prefer yearly billing instead, the monthly cost drops to $149, securing you a discount of 25%, and you still get unlimited use of all the Kartra features.
Kartra Gold Plan
Similar to the silver plan, the Kartra Gold plan is a great option for medium-sized businesses. Again, the difference between the silver and gold plan is the number of leads and custom domains you can have.
The Gold Kartra plan allows you to collect a maximum of 25,000 Kartra leads compared to 12,500 on the silver plan. And custom domains jump from 3 to 5.
Kartra Platinum Plan
While the Kartra Platinum plan is almost double the cost of the gold plan, so is the number of contacts (from 25,000 leads to 50,000 leads) and domains (from 5 to 10).
At $499 a month, this Kartra plan is best for medium to large-sized businesses that are generating enough profit to justify the cost.
Kartra Enterprise Plan
