To get the ball rolling, I'll collect all the neccessary information that I need from you to get started. I'll answer any questions you may have and provide you with a quick overview of what happens next.
Once I have all the information that I need from you and I've answered any questions you may have, I will make a start on your project as outlined in the discovery phase.
As I work hard on your project, I will provide you with regular progress updates via email (at least weekly), collect any additional information that I may need from you such as content, and continue to answer any questions you have as and when they arise.
Before we wrap things up, this is your chance to review my awesome work and confirm that you're happy with everything before marking the project as complete. If there's something you're not happy with, let me know and I'll make the necessary changes.
** all changes you request during the review phase must be in scope of the project we inititally agreed upon. An invoice will be issued for tasks that fall out of scope of the initial project and must be paid for up front.
And finally, I go back to work and change any edits you may have requested in the review phase before marking your project as complete. I will email you to confirm completion and where neccessary provide you with any important information you need to know such login credentials, instructions and user manuals.
